Built in 1912, it is one of the last remaining commercial heritage buildings in North Vancouver. This location is the perfect home base to explore the city with hiking, biking and skiing right in your back yard. Whistler is also just a 90 minute drive away.
The space
The 960sf apartment in this Heritage Award winning building is a spacious, private, and quiet retreat. Consisting of fir floors, coffered ceilings and claw foot tub from the original layout of 1912, The space was fully renovated with modern appliances including a gas fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights. There is a shared back balcony with a BBQ and stunning city views, and mountain views from both bedrooms. The building is also home to a neighborhood coffee shop and a hair salon on the main level. Laundry facilities are also available in the basement if required.
This building has been featured in many commercials, films and TV series; most recently, A Dog's Way Home. The suite itself was featured in the series I-Zombie in 2017.Please no bikes or skis in the suite. Onsite storage can be arranged if needed.
